The master bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds (or a king), and a second bathroom including a toilet and a shower over bath. Both bedrooms are individually air-conditioned for your comfort.

Relax on your private balcony complete with seating for 4 people, with a street outlook – facing either Owen Street (west facing with lots of sun) or Davidson Street (gets morning sun).

The large open-plan living area features a lounge, dining and a fully-equipped kitchen which flows out onto the spacious outdoor living area with outdoor furniture and your own electric BBQ.

All apartments include a flat-screen smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen & laundry, ceiling fans and air conditioning, plus free unlimited wi-fi.

Linen, towels and essential supplies such as soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, tea & coffee are provided for your comfort; however these rooms are self-catering and unserviced.

Stays of 8+ nights will receive a mid-stay service, and additional servicing can be arranged for a fee if required.

Maximum occupancy: 5 people (4 included in the rate) however a 5th can be accommodated on a rollaway bed or an infant in a cot (hire fees apply).
